1. Research Beyond the Basics
   Go beyond the company’s website—review recent press releases, study industry trends affecting the company, and check out employee reviews to understand the culture.
2. Prepare Relevant Success Stories
   Use the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to structure examples from your past experience that demonstrate how you’ve solved problems similar to those the company might face.
3. Understand the Job’s Purpose
   Research how the position contributes to the company’s goals, and tailor your answers to show how you can impact those objectives.
4. Mirror the Interviewer’s Style
   Pay attention to the interviewer’s communication style. If they’re formal, maintain professionalism; if they’re conversational, engage warmly.
5. Ask Strategic Questions
   Avoid generic questions like “What’s the company culture like?” Instead, ask about challenges the team is facing or the metrics for success in the role.
6. Check LinkedIn for Connections
   See if you share mutual connections with your interviewer or team members.      Mentioning these ties subtly can create a sense of familiarity and trust.
7. Ace the Video Interview
   Ensure your camera angle positions you well on the screen—your face and      shoulders should be clearly visible, centered, and at eye level. Avoid sitting too far away or appearing too close for a polished impression.
8. Mind Your Nonverbal Communication
   Maintain open body language, consistent eye contact, and a genuine smile to convey confidence and interest.
9. Know Your Strengths and Weaknesses
   Be ready to discuss your key strengths confidently and provide examples of how they’ve benefited past roles. When addressing weaknesses, choose one you’ve already identified and share a concrete solution you’re implementing to improve, showing self-awareness and a proactive mindset.
10. Follow Up with Personalization
    In your thank-you email, reference something specific discussed in the interview to reinforce your fit and leave a lasting impression.
